iMkvExtract pour Mac

I've used this little app for a few months since discovery and it's done a good job of extracting subs from mkv files. If the developer would just update it, I'd be happy to pay for it. But it's a bit hit & miss; sometimes if you just want to extract 1 item, it borks and you need to extract at least 1 or 2 other files. Today I found an mkv torrent by Grym (who does lovely encodes) and it wouldn't work, no matter what I tried. So clearly there are some new developments that the original version cannot decode. This particular torrent was created in Sept 2016. If the developer is interested, I could send him/her a link.

Was always a good useful program but no longer works using Sierra.

The older iMkvExtract The much older iMkvExtract Version 1.0 appear to be at http://mkv4mac.free.fr/dl/iMkvExtract.tgz but I can't find version 1.2 listed anywhere...

I downloaded the imkvextract, and everytime I try to launch it it says "it quit unexpectedly", I try again and same. Then it says "reset settings and relaunch" and I try to, but still it closes again. I can't get it to launch at all, so it does not work at all for me. I have a Mac OS 10.5. Can someone help?

Many thanks for updating this to work on Intel systems. It's working exactly as it should - as a simple GUI front end to extract streams from MKV files - for me running 10.7.2. Drag and drop is an added bonus. Along with MKVtoolnix (which is essentially MKVMerge GUI), this is a very handy tool.
